Nach365 Tue, 11/28/2017 - 11:12 Hi Hinal, Some issues could be: the video is too long (has to be just under 1min), it's in the wrong format (best is MP4 or MOV) or there is some copyright issues. It's also worth checking that your network is ok - perhaps do it over WIFI rather than data? Hope that helps!
